This app is useless. It wont load "the next 50 miles" no matter what I do.

I should have read the reviews before purchase, not what I found on Pinterest!!! Total waste.. Dont bother, my phone GPS shows this much info and YELP is also great!

This literally was the most confusing app ever. Dont even bother with it. Made me miss my food destination. Weird. Dont. If you value your time and wouldnt wish to waste it,then download the "search around me" app 0 stars

This app is CRAP! I found nothing that I was looking for...It said that Longhorn Steakhouse was a water park!!!

Terrible app. Never shows any recreation or attractions along any route.

I thought this would tell me about kitschy wacky interesting road side attractions, instead it just tells me every McDonalds and gas station. I have my map for that.. Youre better off using Google to find anything interesting on your journey.

Please dont buy this app. I spent $3 on this app for a trip from Arizona to California to pin point rest stops and food along the way, it seemed perfect for this! But when I opened the app and put in my destinations...it didnt allow me to change the route they picked for me. We are taking a different highway and I cant change it. I contacted support asking them if there was a way to edit the route. That was 4 days ago and I havent gotten a response. DO NOT BUY! It looks good but there are free apps which do the same thing, and possibly do it better.

So glad to see this app getting updated after all this time. One thing its missing, though, is the gas station category. It seems rather obvious but the developer seems to have forgotten it.

Fantastic job guys! This version aka reboots looks and feels amazing! Navigating anywhere feels more seamless and natural. Its hell of a lot easier searching for a destination. I REALLY didn’t want to give this app a 1 star even though I paid for it because I love this idea and it was a huge disappointment when I tried to use it out on the road. But all is forgiven now GOOD JOB GUYS!!

This app was promising when it first came out, and it is only getting better. The ability to choose your route is everything. I love this app for long car rides, but use it for your regular rides, too, to see what youve been missing. Love this app and Im looking forward to more updates like this.

It appears that a lot of time and care went into this new 3.0 update. It is now easier to enter locations and it finally searches along the whole route, rather than 50 miles at a time! Definitely worth updating and if you have yet to purchase this app it is now one I would recommend spending the money on!

Cant wait to use this on our next road trip. Ive been looking for an app like this for SO LONG! Going to tell people about this one.

Awesome app. Exactly what I was looking for. This app makes it so easy to make pit stops when traveling and to plan out your route. I wish I could have had this years ago. The new redesign really brings this app into its own. Easy to use, easy on the eyes and most importantly it does what its supposed to.

I liked the app before the update and I like the new feature that allows you to choose your route. However the app shuts itself down after selecting the preferred route. Any suggestions on how to fix this. I have an iPhone 5s.

Had an issue, emailed co. Ryan got immediately back to me and worked through the problem in less than 24 hrs :) they then went to the app and fixed the issue completely so it wont happen to the next person :)

So glad I found this. It makes finding my Starbucks fix easy when taking a road trip with the kiddos.

so i know there are many features to this app but i used it to locate food on my road trip. this app was suggested an a ‘must have road trip app’ and i didn’t help me, waste of $2.99. when searching for food i was hoping it would show local restaurants, cafes, diners, etc. but it only showed fast food. also i know its called ‘along the way’ but i was getting upset that it wouldt show places near me, i had to keep adding a destination. use google maps its WAY better.

Used this app for a trip last week to find dinner each night. It was awesome! Finding spots along our route made so much sense.

After using Along The Way for some time, its now clear to me that there simply is no substitute for finding points of interest while traveling.

Nice design, fast and easy! Helped me find a place to stop with the kids for lunch that was right off the highway without taking us off our course. Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks Yo!
